San Mateo County Women in County Government

Women Empowering Women

We are a non-profit organization, composed of women throughout county government, that are actively working to promote a culture that values diversity and fosters an atmosphere of dignity and respect.

About Us

Our Beliefs

We believe in a work environment where every individual can flourish. Our mission is to promote events and skills that foster career development for all government employees within the San Mateo County. We do that, by hosting a wide array of events, and forums. We take pride in our fellow colleagues that have gone the extra mile and recognize these individuals each year at our Annual Charity Luncheon.
